A Watch Face That Ages With Your Step Count
The headline feature here isn't the strap art. According to a report from Japanese anime news site Anime Anime on the collaboration, each of the four watch faces changes the character's appearance as you walk, moving from their Season 1 look to their Season 3 look and resetting once you hit 10,000 steps. Fans who have watched Rudeus grow up across three seasons will get the joke immediately.
Each character's weapon or magic effect is tied to battery level, so the graphic changes as the charge runs down. Notifications also get a per-character icon: Rudeus's is his diary, Sylphiette's and Roxy's are their pendants, and Eris's is the letter she wrote to Rudeus.
GARRACK, a Japanese brand that specializes in character collaborations, built each model around one cast member:
- Rudeus Model (HUC-MT-BD11-RG): the Aqua Heartia staff effect shifts with battery level, and a workout shortcut button nods to Rudeus getting stronger over the course of his adventures.
- Sylphiette Model (HUC-MT-BD11-S): her staff effect tracks the battery, and the shortcut button launches a breathing exercise, a reference to her healing magic.
- Roxy Model (HUC-MT-BD11-RM): her staff effect also tracks the battery, with a weather shortcut because Roxy's specialties are rain and lightning spells.
- Eris Model (HUC-MT-BD11-E): her sword design changes with the charge, paired with a workout shortcut for the character who trains her way to strength.
Specs and What's in the Box
Under the character skins, all four share the same hardware. The listed specs include fast charging, up to 14 days of battery life per charge, stress and workout tracking, music remote control, and a remote camera shutter. The body weighs just 16 grams without the band, and the band itself uses a soft material meant for all-day wear.
Each watch ships with a plain black spare band for days when you'd rather not advertise your isekai allegiance, plus a special box printed with the character's design. All four models are priced at ¥10,890 including tax, with product numbers and full specs posted on the collaboration's dedicated page linked from Anime Anime.
Where Season 3 Stands Right Now
Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation is based on the light novel series by Rifujin na Magonote, published in Japan under KADOKAWA's MF Books label. A 34-year-old shut-in dies in a traffic accident and is reborn as Rudeus in a world of swords and magic. Drawing on his past-life memories and regrets, he resolves to live seriously this time. Season 3, produced at Studio Bind, has been airing in Japan since July 5, 2026, which explains the Season 1-to-Season 3 progression on the watch faces.
Looking Ahead
Preorders open September 25, 2026, and the watches release on October 23, 2026. Anime Anime doesn't mention international shipping, so overseas fans should expect to go through the Japanese collaboration page or a proxy service.
For the anime itself, Season 3 streams on Crunchyroll in most regions worldwide, with new episodes arriving on Sundays. Seven Seas Entertainment publishes both the light novels and the manga adaptation in English.
